I love developing leaders as much as I love building for the web. I create environments where humble, curious, brilliant folks from all backgrounds can get excited to show up, put in the work, learn a few new things, grow, and have fun doing it. Currently I help run software development at Litmus as VP of Engineering, supporting a talented team across an array of products.
